Hey Sharks! My name is Jeffrey Qin. I will be your Head Coach for the 2019 swim season. I joined Stonebridge in 2012 and have swam for them up until last year. While I was swimming with the sharks, I have also been a part of the coaching staff, taking positions such as Assistant Coach, Senior Coach, and Assistant Head Coach. Aside from summer swimming, I have also swam competitively for 11 years with RMSC as part of the National Training Group. During my high school years, I swam for Wootton High School and spent my senior year as a Captain for the team. It is an honor to be able to work with all of you this year. Feel free to contact me. Let’s make this season the best yet. Go Sharks!
Hello fellow Sharks! My name is Justin Zhou, and I am delighted to say that I will be returning to Stonebridge this year as an Assistant Head Coach! 13 years ago, I fell in love with this sport through Stonebridge. Since then, I have swam on numerous teams like the Rockville Montgomery Swim Club (RMSC), the Nation’s Capital Swim Club (NCAP), and the Wootton Swim Team. While my time with them has come to an end, I am still a Shark, where it all started! This summer I will be trying my best to cultivate my swimmers passion for this amazing sport, and motivate them to make swimming a life-long activity, as it has become for me!

Hi! My name is Makenzie Higgins, and I will be the Pre-Team Coach at Stonebridge this summer. I started swimming for the Sharks at age five on the very pre-team I will now help coach. In addition to swimming for Stonebridge, I swim for NCAP and the Stone Ridge High School swim team. I have had many fun and competitive years as a swimmer, pre-team helper, and lane leader. While I have learned to swim well, most importantly I enjoy being a good friend and teammate. I love swimming and am excited to be working with our youngest and soon to be fastest Sharks. Please feel free to contact me anytime.
What’s up guys, I am your Pre-Team assistant coach Jordan Zhang. I’ve been a proud shark for 10 years and I am looking forward to making the Stonebridge Sharks heard at every pool in the county. I currently swim in the National Training Group at Rockville RMSC and I am a rising sophomore at Wootton High School. I love music, playing the trombone, eating food and especially swimming with my friends. Throughout my time with the Sharks, I have made many friends and had a lot of fun. My goal for this year is to help these boys and girls become the fastest and most confident in the pool, and still have more fun than anyone else. Swimming has been my passion for my entire life and I want you to experience all the fun and excitement that is swimming. If you need anything, feel free to contact me. Let’s GO SHARKS!
