How to Sign up For Jobs and Meets
How to Sign up for Volunteer Job
- Log in and click on Sign Ups For Upcoming Meets and Events under the 'Calendar of Events' tab
- Scroll down to the meet you want to sign up for and click the Green JOB SIGNUP button
- Click on the Black Sign Up for Jobs button
- Check box to select a job
- Click Save Assignments below to record your choice
How to Sign a Swimmer Up for a Meet
- Click the Green 'MEET ENTRY' Button
- Click the 'Edit' Button under your swimmer's name

Time Trials and B Meets:
- For EACH of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down list next to their names:
- (undeclared)
- Not attending this meet
- Attending this meet
- Check the boxes to select the events your swimmer wishes to swim from the list provided
- Click on the 'SAVE' button to record your choices
- For EACH of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down list next to their names:
- (undeclared)
- Not available for this meet
- Available for this meet
- Click SAVE to record your declaration
- For EACH of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down list next to their names:
